Mellakka Helsinki brought together two of its clients and implemented a visitor survey about Ruisrock 2017 in a completely revolutionary way – using video analytics. Grand One awarded the campaign in its “Best Use of Data” category and nominated it for “Best Use of New Technology”.
Over 15,000 Instagram pictures can’t be wrong – Lux Helsinki is one of Finland’s most pictured festivals.
Mellakka Helsinki designed and implemented the marketing communications and social media activities for Lux Helsinki. Through active media and influencer work, the event got nearly 400 media hits and over 40 blog and vlog hits.
Our brainstormed social media campaign #lightchallenge increased the digital footprint of Lux Helsinki, involved enterprises and townspeople in the event, and enhanced media visibility for the event.
Swedish online fashion store Nelly.com wanted to make a spectacular PR stunt for the Finnish market, so we transformed a hotel in the centre of Helsinki into Nelly Hotel for a 24-hour period.
400 invited guests enjoyed the celebrations at Nelly Hotel, including Finland’s most renowned bloggers, Youtubers and social influencers, and many Scandinavian influencers. The outcome was a complete social media takeover, glitter and gold for 24 hours!
Saimaan Tuore is a fish that swims upstream. This is true in many respects, starting with its innovative breeding method, precision-optimised feeding, ecology and new serving-sized fillets on offer. These factors were also highlighted in media and social media communications, when the fish swam onto the shop shelves in early February 2018. The fish got so much coverage that all fish were sold out within a week of reaching the shops.
